Mr. Eraj Wijesinghe, Director LIC Lanka

Mr. Eraj Wijesinghe, a Director of LIC Lanka, is the Chairman of the Bartleet Group of Companies. During his tenure the Group diversified its activities into Financial services, Information Technology, processing of minerals and exports. Three of these are joint venture projects with foreign collaboration, one dealing with processing of minerals for export and the other two being money broking and insurance.

Shri T C Suseel Kumar took charge as Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India on 14th March, 2019. Prior to taking charge as Managing Director, he was in-charge of South Central Zone, heading operations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka states, since April 2016.

Subash Chandra Pattanayak joined Life Insurance Corporation of India in the year 1990 as a Direct Recruit Officer in Administration after securing a First Class with Hons. Degree in BSc. (Agriculture) from Orissa University of Agriculture, Bhubaneswar from the State of Orissa in India. He is also a fellow from the Insurance Institute of India. Mumbai.

Mr. Umesh Gautam, Independent Director

Mr. Umesh Gautam is an engineer by profession, graduated from Agra university having started his career at Ashok Leyland India over three decades ago. Since the year 1986 he continues to be in Sri Lanka initially as Head of SAARC region of Ashok Leyland and later on appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC (joint venture between the Government of Sri Lanka and Ashok Leyland Ltd, India)
